Please find attached the current screening and training report for leaders and volunteers registered with 4-H Nova Scotia in 2023/2024.
Leaders and Volunteers who plan to return to 4-H in the upcoming 4-H year who have incomplete, expired or expiring soon screening and training are urged take steps to complete screening and training requirements.
- Those with incomplete screening must complete: Child Abuse Registry Search, Criminal Record Check, three (3) references References-long-form.pdf (4hnovascotia.ca) and a new volunteer interview.
- Those who need to renew screening must complete: Child Abuse Registry Search, Criminal Record Check,
- Those with incomplete training must complete: Commit to Kids and Youth Safety Training.
- Those who need to renew training must complete Refresher Training.
We appreciate your help in communicating this information to your volunteers and leaders. If anyone has questions on what training or screening they are missing, please have them reach out directly to angela.masters@4hnovascotia.ca.
