4-H Clubs comprise 4-H Members and trained and screened Volunteers who act as Club Leaders.
Clubs each offer a variety of projects, each with their own leaders. Each club has a General Leader, who organizes club operations. Members attend regular project meetings, to develop skills in an area they are interested in throughout the year. They also attend general meetings, to learn about club activities, opportunities and deadlines, and to develop leadership skills, all while learning how to conduct a business meeting.
In addition to gaining a hands-on education, Members develop leadership skills, understand how an individual can affect their community and country, and make lasting friendships.
