Clover Campaign 2025

4-H Nova Scotia continues to grow and adapt following our transition into a not-for-profit model. Thanks to the incredible support of our members, leaders, alumni, and community partners, we’ve made tremendous progress in stabilizing and strengthening our programs. With our new strategic plan now well underway, we are excited to be expanding opportunities that reflect the priorities and needs of 4-H youth across Nova Scotia.

In recent years, 4-H organizations across Canada have faced significant funding challenges, including the loss of longstanding federal support. Here in Nova Scotia, we are fortunate to receive provincial support and to have strong fundraising programs — but continued success depends on diversifying our revenue to ensure long-term sustainability. The Clover Campaign plays a key role in helping us achieve this goal.

What is the Clover Campaign?

November is 4-H Month across Canada, with November 5, 2025, recognized as Show Your 4-H Colours Day. In addition to national activities, 4-H Nova Scotia’s Clover Campaign invites our entire province to rally behind 4-H and invest directly in local programming that impacts youth right here at home.

How you can participate in the 2025 Clover Campaign:

  • Donate — Every gift helps support hands-on programming for 4-H youth across Nova Scotia.

  • Light Up in Green — Show your support by lighting your home, office, or community space in green throughout November.

  • Become a Participating Retailer — Business owners can sign up to sell $2 Clover Campaign icons in-store throughout November. Sign up here

  • Purchase a Clover — Buy a $2 paper clover at participating locations, or download a digital clover to share online.

  • Spread the Word — Follow and share our updates through social media. Encourage friends, family, and colleagues to get involved.

  • Engage Community Leaders — Invite local businesses, organizations, and elected officials to join the campaign.

  • Support 4-H Alumni Growth — Help us reconnect with past members and strengthen the 4-H story for future generations.

With your help, we are building a stronger, more resilient 4-H Nova Scotia — one that continues to create leadership, learning, and lifelong friendships for youth across the province.
