Annual General Meeting (AGM) is quickly approaching and in preparation, the Board of Directors has complied the enclosed amendments to the Bylaws. These amendments are submitted to you for consideration 60 days ahead of the Annual General Meeting, as described in our existing Bylaws.
We look forward to seeing you (virtually or in person) at the Annual General Meeting on November 16, 2024. It will be a single-day event hosted in our Office at 7 Atlantic Central Drive, East Mountain, and over the virtual platform of MS Teams. More details will follow in the coming weeks.

In addition, the Board of Directors has extended the deadline to receive Nominations to the 4-H Nova Scotia Board of Directors. 4-H Nova Scotia will continue to accept Nominations until September 30, 2024.
