COUNTY DELEGATE LISTS
Counties are reminded to notify their Regional Program Coordinator (RPC) of the voting delegates attending for their county by February 28, 2026.

**Observers do not have a vote. This is simply an opportunity to attend and observe the process.
**Committee Chairs are invited to attend if the Committee has submitted a resolution. Committee Chairs do not have a vote – attendance is simply to provide clarification regarding resolution, if required.
