Creating projects from wood is an ancient art form. Learning to build skills to master techniques allows members to build confidence as they progress through project years. Members are assessed based on age and experience but all members are required to complete three projects for Achievement Day. There are many items for members to work on: large or small shelves; tables; other furniture; decorations; novelty; lathe items and others items which fall under the sections outlined in the project newsletter. Skills are developed with practice and experience when members choose to complete over progressive years.
