Good morning 4-H Community,

I am pleased to share that based on feedback from the 4-H community, the Early-Bird Registration has been extended until October 31, 2024. This will be communicated to families in an email on Friday August 16. A revised returning family flyer is attached. Clubs who have already registered will be sent a revised new family flyer with QR code & new dates next week. If you have not completed the 2024 Club Registration, please do so as soon as possible: https://forms.office.com/r/Y6MEYjwJst.
In addition, several clubs have expressed the desire to offset the registration costs of members. Any club wishing to pay a portion of the registration fee for all members or particular members must communicate the amount of discount to be provided (and names if necessary) by September 1, 2024 in writing via email to angela.masters@4hnovascotia.ca so families can be properly invoiced for the outstanding amount. Club fees will be invoiced on December 1, 2024 and will be due upon receipt. Payment is due in full to be covered by 4-H Nova Scotia insurance and for members to be eligible for any provincial programming.
Any families wishing to register with a different club, are asked to notify 4-H Nova Scotia by August 28, 2024 by emailing angela.masters@4hnovascotia.ca. This will allow the club to be updated in the system prior to registration invitations being sent out to avoid being registered in the wrong club.
