As a 4-H Nova Scotia Committee Chair, I am requesting that you provide your year-end committee report for the Annual General Meeting booklet by October 1, 2024.
This report should reflect the 4-H year beginning September 1, 2023 and ending August 31, 2024. Note: Provincial Show 2024 should not be included in these reports.
AGM reports should be:
- Between 500-750 words
- Provide details that demonstrate the work the committee completed
- List the committee members and the chair
- Identify goals for the next year (2024-2025)
