REVIEW AND ESTABLISHMENT OF GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
4-H Nova Scotia is seeking proposals for a qualified consultant to work with the Board of Directors of the 4-H Nova Scotia Council to review and develop a comprehensive governance structure, policies and procedures. The Board of Directors is also seeking assistance in the identification of operational policies required for the Executive Director. The successful proponent must have extensive experience in not-for-profit governance, including the ability to conduct all required research and to create the required policy documents suitable for 4-H Nova Scotia’s consideration for adoption.
